METER MARKS 1936-64, an interesting range mainly on unaddressed cards, some overprinted SPECIMEN from South America, Israel & African regions. Noted, a group of printers specimen impression cards with technical details showing examples from Mozambique, Peru, Panama & Philippines. There are postally used covers & cards worth checking.
