O.W OFFICIAL 1903 10d dull purple & carmine, corner marginal Mint block of four from the lower right corner of the pane, particularly choice & very fresh with original hinge still attached, the lower stamps being UM, SG.040. Unique, a major rarity. RPS Cert. 1945. Of the 1344 stamps created, 1200 were officially destroyed when they became obsolete and 134 were used, and after discounting institutionalised copies, very few Mint examples exist today. £50000 to 60000 £105000.00
