1862-1978 collection of good to VFU in a Merton album. Useful range of Chalon heads incl. 1862 (Feb) 1d, 2d, 6d & 1s, 1862 (Dunedin) 2d (2) & 6d, 1864 with vals to 1s incl. the 4d rose plus a few later issues. Later QV issues are rather sparse but KEVII & KGV defins are well represented. Noted 1906 & 1925 Christchurch & Dunedin Exhibition sets. Health stamps incl. 1931 Smiling Boys, amongst others. KGVI issues are well covered incl. 1936 Pictorial issue with some perf variations. Coverage of other KGVI & QEII issues seem to be virtually complete. Finally a good range of Stamp Duty & Postal Fiscal issues in need of sorting. Also a few Ross Dependency & Tokelau plus the 1906 Victoria Land 1d (minor staining). 1864-circa 2006 M & U accumulation in spring back album, 2 ring binders & stock book. Album houses substantial 'written up' issues to 1971 incl. Postal Fiscals to £5, Officials & Life Insurance issues etc. Also small range of stamps for Niue, Tokelau Islands & Ross Dependency. Binders & Stock book houses a large accumulation of later material which could be virtually complete to circa 2006 incl. M/Sheets & booklets etc. A few earlier stamps suffer minor foxing but o/w condition good and would provide a solid base for a new collection. Inspection recommended. (few 100's) £300 to 400 £300.00
1873 ½d Newspaper stamp, Line Perf. 12½ M, in complete horizontal strip of 12 (incl. side margins) with variety 'Letter Watermark - NEW ZEALAND'. A couple of minor creases & some gum disturbance but a very scarce item - variety not catalogued by SG. Normal stamps valued @ £180 each. (12) £160 to 200 £210.00
