Plate 1 AL, unused example in milky blue with extended corner margin showing the plate number and part of the margin inscription, '...reful not to remove the Cement,' a good margin at left but the lower margin is a little irregular and just cut into near the L square, unused without gum, A very rare positional piece, unique in private hands. Plate 1 SC-TC vertical pair, tied on 1841 (5 June) wrapper addressed to Sir Edmund Bromhead Bart, Thurlby Hall. TC cut into in places, other margins close to large, tied by black MC with Exmouth despatch c.d.s. in lower corner. Sir Edmund de Gonville Bromhead was the third Baronet of Thurlby Hall in Lincolnshire. £220 to 260 £260.00
