1840 Oct 14th cover from Tetsworth to Lichfield, franked 2d Pl.1 two examples lett ED & EE both with three good margins & cut into at base, tied red MC's, cover was mis-sent to Warrington with c.d.s in red, obverse also bears Tetsworth c.d.s. £200 to 250 £200.00

Plate 1 IK/JL block of four, close in places but clear margins, has had some restoration. Still a rare & attractive multiple. (4) Cat. £28,000 £1700 to 2000 N/S
Used on piece or front
Plate 1 PI, four margined example, 1841 1d red brown RG, used together on a part 1d pink postal stationery dated piece (Galway Ap. 15. 1842), cancelled by black MC's. Probably unique. BPA Cert. 1994. Ex Pickering. (1) £1000 to 1200 N/S
Plate 1 TA/TB horizontal pair of the pale blue, used by two red MC's, clear to good margins all round, 'TA' has small corner crease o/w fine & attractive. (2) £300 to 350 £300.00

1841 April 30th entire to Abington, franked 2d Pl.2 II, good to large margins, tied black MC. £200 to 250 N/S
 Block of four
Plate 2 RF/SG block of four, good margins on three sides, upper right side just cut into, cancelled by 1844 Type, Scots numerals, a couple of imperfections nevertheless a great rarity (one of only two known), Cat. £32,000 plus a big premium. £2500 to 3500 £2000.00
