1865 envelope addressed to Poulo - Penang, Malacca bearing French Napoleon 80c rose (Yv17b), tied '532' in dotted lozenge with adjacent Bordeaux date stamp, boxed 'PD' in red and boxed instructional 'Apres le Depart' endorsed 'via Suez.' Some faults, nevertheless a remarkable French destination item & the first recorded to Penang. £200 to 250 N/S
