1888-93 ½d to 5s set of eleven (2½d in a pair), each h/stamped 'SPECIMEN' (GB9), fresh colours, part original gum, 9d & 1s with a crease, and other small imperfections though a scarce set. £300 to 400 N/S
1888-93 ½d to 5s set of ten and Natal Fiscal 1d, all h/stamped 'SPECIMEN' (NA1) in violet, fresh with part o.g, a couple with small creases o/w fine. Cat. £715. Also 1893 ½d brown card unused (two shades), 1d card & 1d reply paid card, both h/stamped 'SPECIMEN' (NA1). £200 to 250 £240.00
1888-93 ½d to 5s set of eleven, Natal ½d green (2) - one without stop, 6d dull purple and Fiscal 1d, part to large part o.g, 5s with a rounded corner though generally good to fine. Also a few forged ovpts (7) incl. Natal ½d with no stop ovpt double U, SG.1/11, F1. (22) £200 to 250 N/S

1899 (6 Oct) double rate envelope from Eshowe to England, bearing 1894 ½d dull mauve & green and Natal ½d green pairs with light double ring d/stamps and 1901 Natal 1d letter card (outer perfs removed) from Melmouth to Devon neatly cancelled by double ring d/stamp. (2) £130 to 160 N/S
