1865 env addressed to Poulo - Penang, Malacca bearing French Napoleon 80c rose (Yv17b), tied '532' in dotted lozenge with adjacent Bordeaux d/stamp, boxed 'PD' in red & boxed instructional 'Apres le Depart' endorsed 'via Suez.' Some faults, nevertheless a remarkable French destination item & the first recorded to Penang. £150 to 200 N/S
