ST. CHRISTOPHER 1872 (30 Sep) large part envelope to London, bearing 1871 CCC P.12½ 6d green strips of five (2) & a single, all tied by 'ST.KITTS' c.d.s. (Type D3) with year inverted & reversed, some faults though a remarkable & highest recorded franking from this period (the franking of 5/6d would be the fee for a letter weighing 2¾oz). £140 to 160 £140.00

NEVIS 1883 env sent from Nevis to Roseau, Dominica, bears m/s endorsement 'Book Post' franked diagonally bisected Nevis 1d lilac, tied by barred oval 'A09' cancellation & alongside 'Nevis' c.d.s. for Ju.19.83, obverse also bears a Dominica receiver c.d.s. for Ju.27.83, SG.26a, Sismondo Cert. 2008.
