M/S 'Export Permit 55253' at upper left & 'Permi Filed' h/stamp. Also a censored registered envelope to the Isle of Man with ½d on 1d, 2s, 2½d, 6d & 1s, cancelled MANGROVE BAY 2.SEP.44.
