1922 underpaid envelope to Belgium Congo with a 2d cancelled Cape Town 1.JUL.22. A 35c tax mark denotes underpayment and on arrival 15c (2) & 50c Belgium Congo stamps, with h/stamp 'TAXES' affixed to the back. The cover was forwarded to Barkley West in the Cape and again taxed with a South African 2d postage due. Cover has faults but an uncommon dual taxing. £50 to 70 £50.00
