Regimental Medal in silver H/M 1907 with black & yellow striped ribbon, obverse 'Prince of Wales Own West Yorks Regt' depicting a horse & other legends i.e. '14th Regt depot', '3rd Vol Battn', '2nd Battn Bradford', '3rd Battn Leeds' & '1st Battn Yorks'. Reverse inscribed CR Segt W Fuguel P S 3rd West Yorks Regt 1907 & hallmarked for 1907. Un-researched, fresh from the family & new to the market. Toned, GVF.

New Zealand 1864066 reverse 3270 Bd Sgt Josh Lewis 68th Lt Inf (impressed), NVF, Victorian LSGC 2117 Bandmaster J Lewis 40th Foot (impressed), VF & Turkish Crimea, Sardinian issue with contemporary replacement suspender, NVF. Scarce group to scarce rank. Joseph Lewis No 3270 joined 68th as a boy at 14 years of age, Bugler 1st Oct 1855, in New Zealand 01.04.1864 to Feb 1866, made Band Sgt 01.01.1868 & in 1872 he joined the 40th Rgt as Band Master, died Nov 1876. Also includes research.
